OUR STORY began with one ambitious son who knew his mother’s cooking was the best Thai cooking to be found. At the heart of our restaurants stands Vilai Yenbamroong, head chef and the inspiration behind all our original dishes.
TODAY our family business has expanded to three restaurants and spans three generations. From Grandmother Vilai to now grown grandchildren, Talesai is proud to call itself a family business.
